    Silent Lake Provincial Park is about five minutes away and offers hiking, cycling and groomed cross country ski trails. "Fore" the golfers there are three golf courses within twenty minutes or so.   There is a lakeside restaurant within walking distance and numerous other restaurants a short drive away.
